Can I change the dates for my stay?

Yes. For all reservations you have the possibility to change the date of your stay for a maximum of 3 times during the current year, by sending an email to the contact section of our site.

Do you provide information on the area and / or guided tours?

We at the Hotel Ambasciata have been hoteliers for generations and we put guest satisfaction as a primary goal. In the TO SEE section of our website

Do I have to pay to recharge my electric car?

No. you can recharge your electric car or motorbike (for motorcycles we ask you to inform us about the motorbike model) FOR FREE. For more information read the page dedicated to charging electric cars

What are the protocols you adopt against COVID-19?

We at the hotel Ambasciata we take care a lot about the health of both our Guests and that of our Staff, which is why we have given ourselves self-regulation to try to protect you as much as possible. For more information see the page Covid-19

At what time is the room available on the day of arrival and at what time should it be vacated on the day of departure?

For customers arriving, the rooms are available from 14:00, while the day of departure the room must be vacated by 11:30. However, luggage storage is available for customers who arrive earlier or who intend to leave Venice later or we have provided (where available) an EARLY CHECK-IN or a LATE CHECK-OUT at a rate of € 22.00 for room l The time of the Early CHECK-in is at 10:30 am while the LATE CHECK-OUT is at 18:00. Is the breakfast included ?

No. Breakfast is not included, we thought that the Guest would feel more free to leave the Hotel to discover the beauties of the city or other places, it is however possible to have breakfast in the Hotel, it will be sufficient to inform the Reception at the arrival at the hotel. The Buffet Breakfast has a price of € 12.00 per person

Are the rooms accessible to people with disabilities?

The Hotel Ambasciata has a lift that allows access to the equipped rooms and all common areas (except for the basement). However, we invite you to make a request when booking this room type.

Do you have a Concierge?

Our reception staff is available to the customer 24 hours a day

Do I pay for the Internet connection?

Absolutely not!. It is free, we have a Wifi connection throughout the Hotel of about 145Mbyte

Do you have NETFLIX or PRIME?

Only the COMFORT rooms are equipped with flat screen SMART TVs with access (via your account) to both NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO
